Yellow peeps, how’s life?

I am back with another recipe that I learnt from a cooking channels . It was Korean foods cooking channel, they made awesome meals and I am inspired. So, I was browsing for some breakfast idea that a little different than my usual breakfast. Hmm… Ya! Haha… I am used to have a heavy breakfast, coz I am starting my morning routines with a short meditation and Yin Yoga.

I’ll share more story on why am I choosing Yin Yoga over other styles of yoga. On this post, let me share this little recipe.

The original recipe was using shrimps, however as I wanted to make it, I found I didn’t have enough shrimps but chicken arabiki and some chives. So, this recipe is modified a little and I am sure you may use any other mixture that suit you. Even it does good with bean curds too. (An option for vegetarians, woohoo!).

Here’s all the ingredients needed:

100 gr ground chicken arabiki

50 gr minced shrimps

2 tbsps chopped chives

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp white pepper powder

1 tbsp potato starch (corn starch)

Oil to fry

Since we want it fully cooked, a generous amount of oil is essential. I was using a small amount of oil hence I needed to fry my sandwich individually to avoid the oil temperature dropped.
